"Tony" sold me a Silverado over the phone.

"Tony" sold me a Silverado over the phone. Friendly guy, sent photos, VIN, everything looked real. $41k wired. Then his number stopped working. The North Hartland VT address is a house by the highway. A whole "dealership" that exists only as a website.
