Where these numbers come from. Every complaint and every dollar figure on this site was submitted by a member of the public who says they dealt with the business named. We check submissions for obvious abuse before publishing them, but we do not independently audit them and they are not statements of fact by Car Buyer Victims. Loss totals are the sum of amounts reported by people who filed, not verified financial records.

Listed by mistake? Fraudulent sellers routinely use the street address, business name or phone number of a real, unconnected company. If that has happened to you, tell us and we will correct the listing and publish a notice clearing you. Any business named here can also respond publicly.
